This is a great word. In my business, confidence is everything. When I am asked for advice, it is critical that clients are able to believe that I will give them the best solution and that if there is a problem, I will fix it. And yes, I would like to think that I can apply the same principals to church and those we interact with in a missional and or church context. Our business success is based on the faith of others that we will deliver, because guess what ? They tell their friends. PS: (Having re-read this, one could be forgiven for thinking this is an advert. That is not the intention). I believe confidence is a huge attraction.
